A Yoga Snack for Strength!
This is a little posture combo that I teach ALL the time in class! Build strength in your body with this down dog/up dog combo in the video below!! It will help to create mobility and strength in the shoulders and upper back, fire up the core, fire up your legs, stretch the back AND front sides of your body - so many amazing things happening here, I just love these postures together!
