Ever feel like you don't have time for yoga?? Welcome to the club!
Ideally, we could get a beautiful, lengthy practice in every day. BUT ... life happens, and sometimes we get to the end of the day and realize we haven't moved our bodies. This happens to everyone - even dedicated and fully committed yogis!
The first thing I want to say is... you are human... and it's totally OK! Don't judge yourself or think you are a bad yogi.
And even when you don't have an hour, or 30 minutes, or 10 minutes, or even 5... you can still do a few postures. You can bring movement and circulation to your low back. You can spend 1 minute breathing intentionally. How long does it take you to take 10 full, deliberate breaths?
I created this video to show you an example of what I personally do when I have no time for yoga. Some gentle movement of the spine and gentle stretches for the low back guided by breath. Even 1 or 3 postures is still considered a full yoga practice in my eyes, if it serves you in the moment. So go for it - next time you don't have time for yoga, try this!
